Early Identification Early Intervention

  1. Access an Early Intervention Consultant who can provide training and support for the entire school personnel and parent community to implement a targeted mental health prevention strategy. Educators and children are introduced to common language and strategies to support self-regulation, problem-solving and decision-making skills through a fun and interactive program that fosters consistency throughout the school community.
  2. Access an Early Intervention Consultant who can provide small group support for children and families who are identified with emerging mental health needs. This service focuses on self-regulation, anxiety management and conflict resolution.

The EIEI services are available to students in elementary schools throughout the school year within identified schools. Schools apply for this service through their specific boards. New schools are on-boarded each school year.
