The Encompass After School Program provides a combination of day/education (Section 23 classroom), after-school and home and community based interventions for children and their families managing trauma, psychosocial, learning and mental health challenges.
Children attend the Section 23 classes located in St. Agatha during the school day, and participate in structured therapeutic programming after school and during the evenings. Parent and family support is another key component of this program. Families are linked with a home integration worker who provides home and community support focused on building skills and responding to the unique needs and goals of each family.
