Mobile Crisis Response Program

After assessing the needs of the family, our Mobile Crisis workers help develop a coping/safety plan and help access appropriate community supports and services. Mobile Crisis provides:

Mobile Crisis operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and services are voluntary, so consent from an individual/family is essential.

For Life Threatening Emergency Response, always call 911.

Referrals

If you are a professional within the community (teacher, doctor, mental health worker) who would like to refer someone to Mobile Crisis Services please contact the Front Door at 519-749-2932 Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm. Please note that Mobile Crisis Services does not accept self-referrals.
