Day 1: Overview of group and identifying values/goals/self compassion

Day 2: Budgeting 101, tools for tracking expenses, balancing a healthy budget and spender’s guilt

Day 3: Understanding negative thought patterns and how they influence financial habits. Learn how to manage common anxieties/stresses associated with budgeting.

Day 4: Setting SMART financial goals, savings plans and strategies, registered savings accounts and debt management

Day 5: Healthy relationships and how they influence money management, assertiveness/confidence and managing emotional/impulsive spending

Day 6: Getting/understanding credit reports/scores, building and repairing your credit, and wrapping up the course.
