Adult Quick Response Counselling

Adult Quick Response sessions are available on Tuesdays between 12-6pm. Sessions are available in person or by phone/video. For in-person sessions, come to Carizon at 400 Queen St S in Kitchener between 12-6pm to get connected with a Quick Response session.

For phone/video sessions, please call 519-743-6333 ext 1 to book. Our Quick Response sessions operate on a sliding scale basis to ensure that no one is turned away from the support they need.

Starting Tuesday, December 6th, Carizon will introduce Family Violence Project (FVP) walk-ins during our Quick Response Counselling hours, Tuesdays at 12-6 pm. People experiencing family violence can visit our 400 Queen Street South location and connect with the FVP  through our intake and counselling teams. Child/Youth Quick Response

We offer fully funded and confidential single-session counselling and therapeutic conversations in person, virtually or by phone. Currently, all of our Quick Response sessions are available by appointment only.  This service is available to:

• Parents/caregivers of a child or youth under 18 years old
• Young people under the age of 12 years with their parents/caregivers
• Young people between 12 years old and their 18^th birthday – they can attend on their own or with a parent/caregiver/support person
