Self-care Letters

For Newcomers

Using your creative skills, make greeting cards and use them to exchange thoughts, beliefs, and feelings with yourself or others. You may write a letter of compassion, empathy, or gratitude, or forgiveness to yourself. This will be a two part workshop so you have ample time to pen your thoughts. You can attend one or both dates if you wish.
